This page explains how users of the Caregiver Pro mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Caregiver Pro account, please send an email to kontakt@corbitmed.de from the email address associated with your account, if possible.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your account email address or username.
- Your full name, if it was provided in the Application.
- A clear statement that you want to delete your Caregiver Pro account.
What Data Will Be Deleted
After we verify and process your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including account identifiers, profile details, contact information, and profile photos that are no longer required to provide the service.
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law, for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, compliance, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the Service Provider. Retained information will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes and kept only for the required retention period.
Processing Time
We will respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving enough information to identify the account and verify that the requester is authorized to delete it.
